Use of Response Surface Methodology to Optimize the crystalline size of rice husk derived graphene produced by microwave process

Abstract In this work, the microwave process is optimized for graphene preparation from rice husk using RSM (Response Surface Methodology) as has exceptional qualities and highly used in many industrial applications. The experiments are designed by Box-Behnken Design (BBD) approach. characterization of prepared done FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope), UV–Visible spectroscopy, FTIR (Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy). best route to finding good-quality objective research. higher value R 2 describes satisfactory correlation between experimental predicted data. obtained minimum crystallite size 28.39 nm. characterization, prediction, optimization done, validation developed model confirms can be husk. prediction parameters synthesis a statistical technique obtain quadratic response. As properties mostly depend upon particle, so crystalline technique.
